For Ministry Leaders
Marriage ministry that continues after the wedding.
Marriage Every Day™ gives churches and ministries an ongoing place to send couples for formation, encouragement, and community once preparation, a retreat, or a series ends.
Created by The Marriage Group®, which has served more than 100,000 couples.
Couples in more than 100 countries have taken part in that marriage formation work. Marriage Every Day™ carries it forward for engaged and married couples across Christian traditions.
The gap after the wedding
Formation often stops once a program ends.
You prepare couples with care, and they begin marriage with real intention. Then ordinary life takes over. Most churches do not have a practical way to keep walking with those couples, so contact often resumes at a baptism, a difficult season, or much later.
Marriage Every Day™ helps close that gap. Couples get continued learning, conversations, events, and a community of other Christian couples, without your team building and staffing a new program.
Continuity for your ministry
Preparation becomes the first step, not the last.
Newly married couples are still forming habits, still learning how to talk through conflict, still working out what living their vows looks like on a normal week. Marriage Every Day™ turns preparation, retreats, and marriage series into the beginning of an ongoing formation pathway instead of a single event.
Continues your work
Couples who leave your program with real intention have somewhere to keep that intention alive.
Fits your tradition
Broadly Christian experiences come from Advanced Ministries™. Catholic experiences come from The Marriage Group®. Couples enter the same home through the door that matches their church.
Flexible involvement
Your ministry can contribute at whatever level fits your team and calendar. Marriage Every Day™ extends local ministry capacity rather than replacing pastoral care.
Local first
You create the opportunity. We help the right couples find it.
Marriage Every Day can extend the reach of what you are already doing. We are not asking you to send couples away from parish or church life. We would rather drive them toward it.
Tell us about the opportunities you already run and we will help nearby couples hear about them: newlywed dinners, anniversary Masses, retreats, date nights, speaker evenings, workshops, enrichment programs, small groups, and diocesan gatherings.
Your work stays yours. We help more of the right couples find it.

What couples receive
Formation that continues between the moments you lead.
Marriage is a lifelong covenant lived through ordinary days and changing seasons. The Marriage Formation Flywheel brings practical education, real-life connection, and intentional accompaniment together so couples keep growing after your program ends.
Each part strengthens the others. Couples can experience all three at the same time, and momentum builds as one experience leads naturally into another.
You can enter the flywheel anywhere. A course, conversation, gathering, or check-in can become your next step. Each experience can lead naturally to another, creating an ongoing rhythm that supports your marriage over time.

- Education
- Provide practical formation couples can use.
- Mini courses, workshops, teaching videos, discussion guides, and other resources give couples useful insight they can apply within their marriages. Content can support an existing ministry calendar or provide formation where local capacity is limited.
- In Real Life
- Help couples form meaningful relationships within genuine community.
- Date Nights, local gatherings, workshops, parish or church-based experiences, and shared activities create opportunities for couples to invest in their marriages and connect with others. Marriage Every Day can support experiences led centrally, locally, or collaboratively.
- Accompaniment
- Create continuity between programs and events.
- Regular check-ins, guided reflection, couple conversations, mentor relationships, and appropriate follow-up help couples remain engaged and take meaningful next steps over time. Accompaniment extends the ministry relationship without requiring the local leader to personally manage every interaction.
Some ministries contribute a speaker or a retreat. Others simply point couples toward it. Both are useful, and neither requires you to build another program.
Fair questions
What ministry leaders usually ask us first.
- Does online formation pull couples away from local community?
- It is designed to do the opposite. Couples are pointed toward people and opportunities near them, and parishes and dioceses get another way to reach couples in their own ministry area.
- We already have marriage events.
- Good. We can help more of the right couples find them.
- We cannot add another program.
- You do not have to. Marriage Every Day can carry the ongoing formation while your ministry contributes at whatever level makes sense.
- How does the digital experience support local community?
- The digital experience helps couples discover formation, conversations, people, and opportunities that can lead them toward stronger relationships within their own churches and communities.
A Year of Growing Together
One Alignment Focus each month, without building a new program.
Marriage Every Day™ gives couples in your church a clear, ongoing rhythm of formation. Each month centers learning, conversation, community, and practical action around one meaningful Alignment Focus, from communication and finances to forgiveness, family vision, and renewal.
The rhythm continues whether or not your calendar has room for a marriage event that month, and it gives you something specific to reinforce from the pulpit, in a bulletin, or in a small group.
- Consistent formation that continues month after month
- A clear Alignment Focus couples can name and talk about
- Practical support couples can use in an ordinary week
- Local connection with other couples nearby
- A structure your team can reinforce in what you already do
- A resource that complements pastoral care rather than replacing it
How ministries use it
Where Marriage Every Day™ fits in your pathway.
- After marriage preparation or Pre-Cana. Invite couples in as the next step so their formation continues once the program ends.
- After retreats, workshops, and marriage series. Give couples somewhere to keep the learning and conversations going.
- Alongside small groups. Use the courses and conversation material as a shared thread between gatherings.
- For anniversaries and vow renewals. Something worth handing couples as they keep going.
